Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase AND video of unpacking of product to email.jayacandle@jayadma.co.in
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and make vedio of unpacking of product.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund process may take a few days to complete, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
